Attorney Jason E. Thompson
Partner, Ferder, Casebeer, French & Thompson, LLP

Jason Thompson provides sound, discrete, confidential legal advice to individuals being investigated or charged by any governmental entity. He will accommodate meeting with clients around their regular working hours.  He also represents individuals on appeal, in post-conviction matters, and other civil matters, including doctors, lawyers, inmates and students dealing with an administrative investigation or hearing. Mr. Thompson is admitted to practice in state and federal courts, including the Oregon and United States Supreme Courts.

Focus on representation of individuals in state and federal investigations, prosecutions, appeals, post-conviction matters, and related administrative proceedings, including doctors,  lawyers and students in disciplinary matters. Mr. Thompson regularly represents individuals in complex white collar cases and in major Ballot Measure 11 cases,

Mr. Thompson has also successfully litigated or negotiated Ballot Measure 11 cases to resolutions outside of the Ballot Measure 11 parameters in several cases in counties throughout Oregon, including Benton, Clackamas, Curry, Deschutes, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Umatilla and Washington counties.
