Mr. De Muniz began working for the firm in 2007.  He appears in municipal, state, and federal courts, and before administrative agencies.  Through that representation he has appeared in numerous counties and municipalities throughout the state.  He  regularly defends complex Measure 11 cases, and assists with criminal appeals and expungements.  He also handles professional licensing hearings before administrative agencies.
